#YSSAlumni_IPGKDA, Lim Peng Chong in Nepal

WhatsApp Image 2017-05-26 at 1.00.19 PMLim Peng Chong was the sole representative of Malaysia in the International Youth Forum on Human Rights and UN Sustainable Development Goals which took place in Kathmandu, Nepal from 26 – 27 May 2017.

The forum was held in the aim to achieve the objectives of maximising the role of youths in human rights protection, promotion and decision making also to encourage the participation of youth in achieving sustainable development through education.

Ms Carmen Yong was a part of the Malaysian delegation to the 5th Asian Youth Forum & 50th Annual Meeting of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The 2 days forum, 4 days ADB events were held in Yokohama city.

The goals for this event was to formulated viable youth-lead solutions for issues that we face in Asia Pacific, such as water & sanitation, youth unemployment, infrastructure development etc. Check out her experience in Japan by clicking the link below! We are so proud of you Carmen!

#YSSAlumni_UTM, Tuan Mohamad Hakimi in Thailand

Tuan Mohamad Hakimi was a part of Malaysian delegation representing Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) to the Southeast Asia Mobility for 21st Century Skills at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).

The main purpose of Southeast Asia Mobility for 21st Century Skills which focused on cross-cultural learning and collaborative ideas are to identify elements in team dynamics that contribute to better collaborative works, identifying which 21st century skills could be developed, identifying similarities between different cultures and to suggest a method/framework/policies to enhance global competencies among student from different nationalities.

#YSSAlumni_UMT, Khuraim Asadi in Hong Kong

Khuraim Asadi was a part of Malaysian delegation representing Universiti Malaysia Terengganu to the 9th International Forum on Shipping, Ports and Airports (IFSPA) 2017 taking place at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Khuraim took the challenge of presenting his Final Year Project paper entitled “The Enablers in Influencing Service Quality on Satisfaction and Repurchase Retention: An Empirical Study of Local Malaysian Freight Forwarded at Port Klang Industrial Area” during the conference. We are so proud of you and we wish you all the best for the paper selection to be published in the journal.
