Montreal – YSS is the one and only Volunteer Organisation from Malaysia, invited to attend the International Volunteer Cooperation Organisation’s (IVCO) Conference 2018, co-hosted by OXFAM Quebec and SUCO.

With the theme, Women and Youth: Bridging the Gap; Volunteering for Inclusive Development, the five days Conference gathered a number of Volunteer Organisations from all over the world under one roof.

YSS Chairman, Dato’ Zuraidah Atan will be a panelist for one of the Dialogue Sessions. She will be presenting on Innovation in Monitoring Evaluation and Learning – Operational Angle.

The Conference also brings alive the ‘Human Library’ (Livres-Humains) session, in which numerous individuals involved in volunteerism from various backgrounds and organisations will be the ‘book’ and share their stories with the readers. YSS Chairman, Dato’ Zuraidah Atan will also be one of the books for the ‘Human Library’ session.

Throughout the Conference, YSS will also be involved with Head of Agencies Meeting and other concurrent meetings held.
